I have previously purchased BC hats in size S/M and never had an issue. During the Memorial Day sale, I purchased 3 size S/M hats. They were all too big and I immediately requested a Return. The Return was denied as the item was discounted and my only remedy was to get a store credit. Now most reputable vendors state boldly in the online shopping cart when an item is ineligible for a refund. BUT NOT BLACK CLOVER. Oh no - they referred me to the Returns Policy found in the small print at the very bottom of their website. This is a deceptive practice. What good is a store credit when even the size S/M doesn't fit due to a manufacturing parameter change or defect? A reputable company would stand behind their product.
