I did not receive a Louisville Phenom hat! The hat that I received was tagged wrong! It was tagged Louisville PHOENOM but was actually a Texas Tech hat (see attached photos). I sent a request for exchange several days ago and it was acknowledged as received but I have had received any further information. I ordered a Louisville hat but i received a Texas Tech hat. The hat has the wrong ID tag on it. I want the correct hat or I want a refund.
